Shipping Policy:

Orders are accepted daily, Monday to Sunday via webpage. At PhilGifts.com, we offer next day delivery within the M.manila, Philippines. Orders received by 7:00 pm (Manila time) from Mondays to Fridays are processed on the next day while orders received after these times are processed on the next business day. We deliver within the day of scheduled delivery but we did not commit the time of delivery.
Our Nationwide delivery covers all the major cities in the Philippines. Our nationwide delivery takes 1 day to received by your recipients & we request buyer to place order atleast 2-3 days for provincial delivery. 
Shipping Cost for M. Manila 4.5 USD while for provincial is 7 USD depends on the product and price of the product.

We have developed a systematic way of delivery in order to attain accuracy and punctuality. We deliver quality products right to your doorstep arranged in exacting standards.
When you order online you will receive an online summary-receipt which is your proof of order. When we have completed our order processing, you will receive a personal e-mail reply, which is your proof that we have processed your order for delivery.
Occasionally various factors may prevent a timely delivery from occurring after this personal response is sent to you. These may include: incomplete recipient address information; recipient is not at the delivery address to receive the item, or other extenuating and unforeseen circumstances. We recommend filling out the recipient portion of our secure online order form fully and as accurately as possible to ensure timely delivery is made.
Delivery Status Inquiries

* In case the recipient is not around to receive the gift, PhilGifts.com delivery personnel shall the leave the gift to a representative of the recipient (mother, father, close relative).   However, in case there is no one to receive the gift, the delivery personnel shall leave the calling card of PhilGifts.com at the doorstep of the recipient to call back for the gift.  Please take note that we shall allot 24 hours for you to contact us, otherwise, the gift will be forfeited.
Important!! During busy holiday times we always recommend placing your order well in advance. Christmas, New year, Eid, Valentine's and Mother's Day are generally the busiest times during the year.
Return & Refund Policy
We guarantee fresh, beautiful floral arrangements and quality gift items that recipient is sure to enjoy. If you or the person receiving your gift are not 100% satisfied, we will have your gift replaced.
Please note that we can process returns and replaces/refunds only for items purchased from PhilGifts.com.

Refunds

We cannot accept returns of opened items, damaged items, personalized items or items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Replaces

Within 7 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any of the following items you purchased from PhilGifts.com, for a replacement. e.g. In case of flower you must inform us within 32 hours of delivery.

We cannot accept returns of opened items, damaged items, personalized items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Substitution Policy:
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.

Important Note
1) We Delivery Monday to Sunday (7 Days a week). Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day.
2) We offer Next day delivery within Metro Manila. Order to provincial cities will be shipped next day & it would take additional 24 hours to arrived. Shipping address far from the city proper may take additional time.
3) Cut-off time for Saturday & Sunday Metro Manila Delivery is  Friday 6.00pm (Philippines time). Monday delivery to provincial cities mayn't guaranteed always as some courier mayn't process a gift for certain destination on SUNDAY.
4) For Confirmation please allow 24 hours after the scheduled delivery date to request delivery confirmation of your order. For provincial orders, allow up to 72 hours from the time of your request for delivery information.
