Orders are accepted daily, Monday to Sunday via webpage @ Philgifts.com
Cut - off time for same day processing is 10:00 am Philippines time
Orders received after cut-off time will be processed on the next office day
Our Nationwide delivery covers all the major cities in the Philippines. Our nationwide delivery may take additional 1 or 2 days depends on location to received by your recipients & we request buyer to place order at least 2-3 days for provincial delivery.
Shipping Cost for Metro Manila around 7 USD while for provincial is around 13 USD. Depending on the products and prices shipping charge may vary.
- We deliver Monday - Saturday within M.Manila
- Order placed Saturday after cut-off time will be processed on Monday.
- We don't have Sunday delivery for Metro Manila and provincial delivery.
- No provincial shipments also for Sunday so order placed after cut-off time of Saturday will be process and ship on Monday and recipient will receive it the next day or 2 days after depends on the given address.
- Delivery time is from 9:00AM - 5:00PM Philippines time. We can accept exact delivery time for M.Manila and such request must be made 2 days before delivery date.
- For rural areas if there is a no direct access via courier Philgifts.com will request recipient to pick up the item from nearest courier branch.
- If the order consist of products from different merchants, delivery may complete in several steps but in desired day as different merchant has their own delivery schedule.

Occasionally various factors may prevent a timely delivery from occurring, these may include: incomplete recipient address information; recipient is not at the delivery address to receive the item, or other extenuating and unforeseen circumstances. We recommend filling out the recipient portion of our secure online order form fully and as accurately as possible to ensure timely delivery is made.
* In case the recipient is not around to receive the gift, Philgifts.com delivery personnel shall leave the gift to a representative of the recipient (mother, father, close relative). However, in case there is no one to receive the gift, we will try to reach recipient over the phone to reschedule. Please take note that we shall allot 24 hours for you to contact us, otherwise, the gift will be forfeited.

Returns & Replacements
We guarantee fresh, beautiful floral arrangements and quality gift items that recipient is sure to enjoy. We will replace products with similar or more expensive value in-case such items not available and may not always communicate with buyer ahead due to type of last moment preparation this type operation required.
Just incase if you are not happy with the item that we delivered we are happy to replace it with. Please note that we can process returns and replaces/refunds only for items purchased from Philgifts.com .
- In case of cancellation of order by customer, must inform Philgifts.com atleast 24 hours before delivery day. (Philippines time)
- Order Cancelled 24hrs cut off time wouldn't be refunded.
Within 7 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any of the following items you purchased from Philgifts.com, for a replacement. e.g. In case of flower you must inform us within 32 hours of delivery.
- Faulty items.
- Items damaged in transit
We cannot accept returns of opened items, damaged items, personalized items or items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

We accept order 24/7 basis. We may occasionally required client to send additional Identification if deemed necessary for verification to safeguard from fraud orders. In such situation Philgifts.com wouldn't deliver the item unless we received the requested ID for verification. Philgifts.com has full right to cancelled the order anytime if deemed necessary and shouldn't be held liable for any losses it may causes you directly or indirectly .
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We have accept credit card, Paypal & bank deposit as our regular payment method. You may also consider to pay us via Western Union. Please note payment made via bank deposit and western union may require additional time to process the order. We have 256bit Secure server layer to protect your data from hacking. You may verify the order status via email, phone or live chat. We will also update the order status on your account once delivery is done. Such response might take some time to update.
For confirmation regarding the delivery of the order, it is recommended that you call the recipient on the first business day after the scheduled delivery was to occur.
Another suggestion is to e-mail us quoting your order #, your recipient’s name, again on the next business day after the scheduled delivery.
